Make Up Time : Orange eyeshadow, Winged eyeliner and Tanned!

Ello people :)
It's February!

Had a free early evening today so I thought, "I want to play with make up!". So yeah, I did.

I also like to add the fact that that I got tanned during these two months since December. Thus my skin looked dark orangey in the pictures + I had a break out of pimples a few days ago D:
Also, they are taken by my phone

Under great lighting.

The orange eyeshadow is blended with my current skin colour

I totally love this Adele-esque eyeliner and would rock it out in an event :D

How I tanned I look like?

So, what did I use here. [In order]
Face Prep: The Faceshop Super Gel, Oxy Cover, Etude's Suprise Essence Concealer shade #2 and 17 Miracle Make Matte Loose Powder.

Eyebrows : ICCI Shade 02

Eyeshadow: From a cheap MAC I bought [Not gonna lie here]. I shall call them, orange red and copper orange.

Eyeliner : MAC shimmery black for outlining the eyeliner, ZA liquid eyeliner (lovelovelove!) and Sivanna Make Up Pencil E24 White colour.

I contoured my face as well but it can't be seen due to my dark skin. Then, I used a coral pink blush for my cheeks and light nude lip gloss for the lips.

Eyeshadow process : I used the orange red on the inner corner eyelid halfway and then, padded the copper orange on outer corner and blend it from having harsh lines. Then, I used the black eyeshadow to create the desired winged eyeliner. This is a good technique for both beginners and non-beginners since you can erase easily using a Q-Tip if you make mistakes. When you're happy, trace the black eyeshadow using a liquid eyeliner in small strokes and fill it in. Using the white eyeliner pencil, I traced the inner corner of my eyes to brighten ze eyes~

Finish the look off with soft or nude colour blusher and nude lip gloss and you're done!
Avoid putting on red blusher and red lipstick, anything that is too strong of a colour or else, you'll probably look like a clown (Unless, you're going for that look o.o Not that I'm against clown or anything.)

So, the question is, would I wear them on a daily basis?

In the pictures, they don't really look bright but in real life it is a quite bold colour. Especially for those people who have light or fair skin. I do recommend lighter shades of orange than the one I chose, for fair coloured-skin people.

For dark or tanned skin, go crazy with it. It compliments the skin colour very well. I would have used Neon orange eyeshadow if I had one, haha.

To answer the question, yes, I would. I've wore this make up before, it was early in the morning and had breakfast with my parents in town. Though, I admit, it's a bit too much but hey, go crazy! I also think it makes my face look older than I really am, but meh.

What's my favourite part of this look? It has to be the eyeliner. Since I have short and sparse eyelashes, I  would use eyeliner most of my days going out.

So, what did you think? Is it a...
 Yes?
 No?

Now, I'll leave you with some photos I googled randomly with orange eyeshadows on :)

Advice of the day: Wash your face everyday, after you woke up, before going to bed and whenever you feel icky on your face :)
